Privacy

In brief

You can read every page here without signing up or giving us anything. Personal data reaches us in one way only: a message you send through the contact form. The maps on the list are served by Google, which is covered below.

Who is responsible

BestAccountantsTbilisi ("we", "us") decides how the data described here is used. Questions or requests about your data go through the contact form.

Messages you send us

A message arrives with the name, email address, topic and text you entered. Resend, the email service the form uses, passes it to our inbox, where it stays for as long as the conversation needs. We use it to answer you. It does not go on a mailing list, and it is not passed to any accounting firm on the list.

We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Google Maps on the list

Each firm's card shows its Google Maps listing in an embedded frame. The frame loads from Google when it scrolls into view, so Google receives your IP address and the usual browser details, and may set its own cookies, under the Google privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the firm's website link on the same card works without it.

Visitor counts

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites. It sees the page, where you came from, your country and the kind of device, which tells us which pages are read.

Leaving this site

Links on the list open the firms' own websites. Their privacy notices apply from that point.

Fonts

The typefaces are hosted on this domain, so no font service learns your IP address when a page loads. There are no advertising pixels, social buttons or comment widgets.

What you can ask for

Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection lets you ask what we hold about you, have it fixed or erased, and object to its use. Send the request through the contact form. If our answer does not settle it, you can apply to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
